Responsibility

I am responsible for my actions and outcomes during my daily duties at all times. I understand that I need to keep my personal appearance and company vehicle in line with the Alert Fire & Security's high standards.

Integrity

Whatever I promise is what I deliver and I do not intend to make promises that I cannot keep.

Commitment

I always commit 100% in whatever I do to show my commitment to the team at Alert Fire & Security and our customers.

Communication

I always address customers and colleagues in a professional manner and I always keep customers informed of my working progress.

Education

I am willing to attend courses inside and outside of my working hours if required to help me grow in my role.

Teamwork

I am a team player and will do whatever it takes to support the team at Alert Fire & Security. I can adapt very easily in my work, if the progress isn't on schedule and help is needed I will always ask. If help is needed from other members of the team, I am always there for them.

Professionalism

My aim is to arrive early to my customer appointments and if I am unable to achieve this I will contact the relevant customer to keep them informed. All the necessary paperwork is correctly completed and issued to the relevant person.
