Customer Service
I always answer the phone politely and listen to our customer’s needs. The phone is always answered promptly and when I promise to ring a customer back this is done within the timescale promised.
Responsibilities
I am responsible for my actions and outcomes during my daily duties at all times.
Integrity
Whatever I promise is what I deliver and I do not intend to make promises that I cannot keep.
Commitment
I always commit 100% in whatever I do to show my commitment to the team at Alert Fire & Security and our customers.
Communication
I always address customers and colleagues in a professional manner and I always keep customers informed of their enquiry.
Education
I am willing to attend courses inside and outside of my working hours if required to help me grow in my role.
Teamwork
I am a team player and will do whatever it takes to support the team at Alert Fire & Security. I can adapt very easily in my work, if the progress isn't on schedule and help is needed I will always ask. If help is needed from other members of the team I am always there for them.
Professionalism (Sales Team)
My aim is to arrive early to my customer appointments and if I am unable to achieve this, I will contact the relevant customer to keep them informed. All the necessary paperwork is correctly completed and issued to the relevant person.
